Return and Exchanges
All sales are final. We have a 15-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return for store credit.
Items may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange your item for one of lesser value, you will receive a store credit for the difference. If you wish to exchange your item for one of greater value, you will be charged the additional coast of the item, as well as return shipping costs.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
